Scot Graeme Dott Happy With World Championships Form

Snooker champ, Graeme Dott, returned to top form in this years Snooker World Championship. Unfortunately he didn’t win the tournament for the second time last night. He won it in 2006. However he is very positive for his chances at next year’s Crucible crown.

Graeme Dott was beaten in the final by Australian Neil Robertson in quite an exciting final that finished 18-13. The Scot was not expected to get this far in the tournament as he had to qualify for it! On route to the final he knocked out Peter Ebdon, Stephen Maguire, Mark Allen and Mark Selby.

Dott has achieved quite a lot since he has recovered from depression. He fell out of the top 16 players in the world after he experienced some terrible tragedies in his personal life. But his amazing form in this years tournament… and in the Crucible final… has shown he is on his way back to the top!

Dott had this to say after the final: “Neil thoroughly deserved to beat me. He was by far and away the better player than me.
